Birch Grove First Graders Visit Library

First graders from Birch Grove Primary School will be visiting Tolland
Public Library on Tuesday, May 28th, Wednesday, May 29th, and
Friday, May 31st next week.   Each class will be transported by bus
to the library, where they will tour the library with children's librarian
Mrs. Brousseau.

Children who have submitted applications for a library card will
then receive their first library card and use it to select one book to
take home. All first graders (as well as all students entering grades K
to 9) will also be invited to take part in the Governor's Summer Read-
ing Challenge at the library.  Welcome all Birch Grove 1st graders to
the library!
